The Louisiana Mental Health Counselors' Association is a state chapter of the American Mental Health Counselors Association, and a division on the Louisiana Counseling Association and was formed to provide a voice for mental health counselors, while also promoting the profession of mental health counseling in Louisiana. LCA ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2009: Make sure to attend the 2009 LCA Annual Conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana October 4-7,2009 The 2009 LCA Conference will be held October 4-7, 2009 at the Baton Rouge Hilton with pre-conference workshops available Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3, 2009.
